Duyen's experience in the F&B industry spans over 20 years. Her skill, to put together an event like no other, including delicious and healthy food in the location of your choice. And we are not only talking about hotel or event hall. This also includes in a remote location in China, South East Asia.

Starting in the 90s Duyen catered for private and corporate events. She had also catered for the likes of Elton John and The Rolling Stones while in concert in Hong Kong.

In 2000 she opened her first restaurant, Song, a Vietnamese fine dining experience on Hollywood Road in Hong Kong. And in 2012 she opened Noodlemi, a Vietnamese Noodle Bar. It expanded to 3 branches around Hong Kong under her management.

Now, Duyen focuses on catering and consultancy, with an emphasis on event planning and catering; F&B consulting for organisations and restaurants; and film catering and craft services in Asia.
